Balter Meat Company utilizes a continuous database tracking of production for complete forward and backward lot traceability for each ingredient and finished good item that we produce while embedded within our GS-1 barcode method. This system enables us to track and maintain quality specifications, test results, and expiration dates for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods through accurately electronically documenting what was manufactured, how much, to whom it was sold, and how much remains in our warehouses. The Balter processing facility is USDA inspected and HACCP certified. We continue to invest in new products and processing capabilities to better serve the expanding needs of our customers.
